Delete Your VoltVX Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the VoltVX app
Go to Profile → Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion

What Gets Deleted

Your profile and personal information
All posts, photos, and videos
Comments and likes
Vehicles in your garage
Direct messages
Event RSVPs
Push notification tokens

What Gets Retained

Anonymized analytics data (non-identifiable)
Transaction records (required by law, retained for 7 years)

Retention Period

Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can contact us to recover your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Alternative: Delete Data Without Deleting Account

You can delete individual posts, vehicles, or comments without deleting your entire account via the app.
