By downloading, installing, or using VoltVX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoltVX. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you post on VoltVX. By posting, you grant VoltVX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
You agree not to:
• Use VoltVX for illegal activities
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post spam or misleading content
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Promote illegal street racing or dangerous driving
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
Group owners and admins are responsible for moderating their communities. Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information. VoltVX is a platform — we do not organize or endorse any events.
Business profile owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Verified badges indicate SSM registration verification only — not endorsement by VoltVX.
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund policies are governed by the respective platform. VoltVX does not directly process payments.
VoltVX reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users can report content via the in-app report function.
VoltVX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or any damages arising from use of the app.
VoltVX does not endorse or encourage illegal street racing, dangerous driving, or any illegal modifications. The Live Ride Tracker is intended for legal group rides only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltVX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. VoltVX may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be removed after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
